Thurrock Council bought in Benesse UK to undertake a strategic review of Grangewaters Outdoor Education Centre and to develop a three year business plan and investment schedule to preserve the council’s asset and improve its operational performance.

Subsequently, Benesse UK has provided ongoing support for the council across a range of projects.
