Business Planning for Aveley Community Hub

Benesse UK was appointed to work with a local steering group to prepare a business plan for the operation of a proposed £2.3m investment to deliver a viable, new build, inter-generational library and community centre that would meet the future needs of the community.

We were delighted with the way Benesse UK was able to pull together local charities, a range of council services, architects and the local community volunteering services to help shape the future of the community provision.
